Opening of rest and service areas and technical inspection centres

In order to ensure the free movement of freight transport, which is crucial in the management of the Coronavirus crisis, the French authorities are working, together with service providers, to keep essential services opened so that drivers can have breaks or rests, refuel, buy take-away food and enjoy clean sanitary facilities.

These maps are updated daily to take into account the reopening of areas or services during this period of crisis.

It should also be noted that the Fédération Nationale des Transports Routiers (FNTR) and the Organisation des Transporteurs Routiers Européens (OTRE) reference on a FNTR and OTRE map those transport companies that welcome drivers who are on the road and need a place to stop.

The Spanish Ministry of Transport has also published an equivalent map available by clicking on this link.
