Data re-use licence

Road authorities, public and private road operators and service providers, make traffic information digitized data available, in application of delegated regulation (EU) 2015/962.

This real-time traffic information digitised data is made up of static data, dynamic data and traffic-related data, as defined in the appendix to the above-mentioned regulation and re-listed in the Appendix of regulation (EU) 2015/962.

The data re-use licence (Format pdf - 93.2 kb - 11/10/2018) defines the conditions for use of this digitised data, with the exception of road static data which is covered by the Etalab open licence (Format pdf - 528.6 kb - 11/10/2018).
