Declaration of compliance

The article 9 of delegated Regulation (EU) n° 886/2013 with regard to the implementation of action "c" of directive 2010/40/EU states that public and private road operators, service providers and broadcasters dedicated to traffic information shall provide to national regulatory bodies their identification elements and a description of the information service they supply and present a declaration of compliance with the requirements indicated in articles 3 to 8.

This declaration must be submitted each year before the 1st of October to :
